The process differs between illustration commissions and video editing commissions. The process for graphic design commissions will be the same as illustration commissions.

Please read the appropriate sections to learn about the process for the corresponding commissions.

Artist owns the copyright of all commissions, unless stated otherwise via a written contract signed by both parties.

If there are any concerns or questions about copyright, the Client must contact the Artist and receive written permission for usage outside of the terms via a contract signed by both parties. Failure to do so would mean failure to follow TOS and therefore, Client will be requested to cease the use of the commission and may also be refused service in the future.

Client may use the commissioned work for their brand as a content creator or the brand of the content creator they represent. This includes featuring the commissions in videos, streams, and any promotional content to promote the Client and their brand, or the content creator they represent and their brand on social media networking services, broadcasting services, and video sharing services belonging to the parties mentioned at the time of the commission only.

Client may distribute the commissions made by the Artist for profit as long as there is written permission from the Artist and credit is provided on all platforms displaying the commission. This means that the Client can sell the commission for monetary gain via digital sales or print sales so long as the terms have been met and confirmed by the Artist.

Client may not make any alterations to the commission (edit, repurpose, recolour, redraw) without the Artist's approval.

Client may not use commissions for AI Generation or NFT purposes.

Artist may showcase the commissions they made on their sites to promote their work at their discretion. Artist may not redistribute the commissions to other Clients or for themselves for profit without the Client's permission.

Client to visibly credit the Artist for the commission. Client may not claim the commission as their own work.

Payment can be made via Stripe, or another means of payment discussed with and approved by the Artist.

Artist will not start on the commission if it has not been paid in full by the Client, unless stated otherwise in writing that was agreed upon by both parties.

Any services that are outside the current commission's agreement must be discussed between Artist and Client. A new commission must be created to cover these services.

All commissions can be accepted, refused, and/or cancelled at the Artist's discretion with full, partial, or no refund depending on the situation.

Cancellation from the Client at certain stages will be refunded by a percentage of what has been paid:

For illustration/graphic design: 50% after payment has been received, and 25% after the completion of the sketch.

For videos: 25% after payment has been received.

Once the final package has been delivered, the commission is nonrefundable.

All commercial rights belong to Artist and the distribution of commissions outside these terms is forbidden regardless of the stage of development if the commission was cancelled or refunded for any reason. This includes but not exclusively any sketches, samples, drafts, and progress updates sent to the Client.

Artist works on a "first come, first serve" basis. If any Client requires express service, there will be an extra fee.

Artist does not claim to endorse or support everyone who purchases commissions from them.

Artist has the right to accept or decline commissions at their discretion without requiring to provide explanation for the decision.

If Client wishes for signed documentation of the commission, Artist can provide a letter of agreement covering the TOS, the price, and the details of the commission at the Client's request.
